CPA Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, You may cancel an online Order within 7 days of delivery, provided that the Goods:
- Are unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Are returned in original packaging
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
10-Day Returns for Size Exchange or Refund
In addition to the CPA cooling-off period, Sniper Africa offers a 10-day return window from the date of delivery for size exchanges or refunds, subject to the conditions below.
Return Requirements:
- Your order number must be provided.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- If tags are removed or packaging is damaged, no exchange or refund will be granted.
- All return and re-delivery courier costs are for the customer’s account.
Factory Reject & Sale Items – No Guarantees, No Returns
Important Notice
All factory reject items and sale / clearance items are sold as-is (voetstoots) and at reduced prices.
By purchasing factory reject or sale items, You acknowledge and agree that:
- No guarantees or warranties apply
- No exchanges will be permitted
- No refunds or store credits will be issued
These items may contain minor defects, imperfections, discontinued styles, or clearance stock characteristics and are therefore final sale.
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa where applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following Goods are strictly non-returnable:
- Factory reject items
- Sale or clearance items
- Goods that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Goods without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
Sniper Africa reserves the right to inspect all returned Goods and to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. No exchange or refund will be processed without receipt and inspection of the returned Goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned Goods have been received and approved.
- Delivery and courier fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval
Exchanges
Eligible Goods may be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
- Exchange courier costs are for the customer’s account, returns, and collections
- Exchanges apply only to full-priced, non-reject items
